The holiday village is situated in the idyllic district of St. Oswald on a sunny terrace, high above Bad Kleinkirchheim. The center and the two spas "Römerbad" and "St. Kathrein "are located about 5 minutes away by car.
Facilities
The car-free, child-friendly holiday village in traditional Alpine style has a reception, the rustic à la carte restaurant "Bauernwirt" with bar, the buffet restaurant "Tenne" and a ski room. Free WiFi throughout the holiday village. Free parking spaces available on site. Pets are not allowed.
Payable on site: key deposit: EUR 100, - p. Stay. Daily apartment cleaning including towel change: EUR 38,- per day / cleaning. Local tax EUR 3.50 per person / night from 17 years, children 0-16 years EUR 0.50.

The 60 apartments are spread over 16 Carinthian farmhouses reproduced with great attention to detail. They have a bath tub or shower/toilet, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, living-dining area with farmers corner and tiled stove, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and partly balcony.

AR (2-6): 3-room apartment NockRanger, ca. 55m², living room with 2 sofabeds, 1 bedroom with double bed, children's room with 4 beds in ranger style.
AL (2-7): 3-room apartment NockLuxus, ca. 70m², living room with 2 sofabeds, 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed and 1 x bunk bed), 2 bathrooms and infrared cabin.
Meals
Extended half board "Kirchleitn healthy cuisine": breakfast buffet with highlights that change daily. Afternoon cake, varied evening buffet. 1 x weekly farmers buffet from the farmers in the region.
Winter fun
Skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim can do a lot: You will find plenty of variety on 103 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes. Sunny runs of every difficulty level ensure that even professional skiers never get bored. For example, try the World Cup downhill run, which is named after Olympic champion Franz Klammer. But the little ones should perhaps take their first turns in the children's magic land first.
Only 300m separate you from the Brunnach Biosphere Park lift with its ski school, ski kindergarten and ski rental. The two thermal baths in the village can be reached quickly and easily with the public ski-thermal baths bus. The stop of the free ski thermal baths bus is right in front of the village. Ski pass service at the reception. 1 x weekly children's tobogganing in St. Oswald.
For active winter enthusiasts, there are also guided snowshoe hikes, 60 km of cleared winter hiking trails, ice stock rinks, the Roman trail with 8 km, 3 toboggan runs and a large ice rink in the Bad Kleinkirchheim spa park.

5 x weekly varied child care and animation program for children from 3-12 years with trained supervisors, toddler care for children from 1-3 years on 3 half days per week, delivery and pick-up service to and from the ski school by the animation team, small ice rink with ice skate rental in the village (depending on the weather). All inclusive for children up to 13 years with lunch, children's buffet in the evening and juice fountain with meals.
