Ferienhaus Oetztal enjoys a quiet location in the Tyrolean Ötztal valley, 3 km from the centre of Sautens and 6 km from the Hochötz Ski Area. A riding stable, a natural bathing pond and a spa area are available on the property.

Ferienhaus Oetztal has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Fresh bread rolls can be provided on request every morning.

In summer, you can enjoy barbecues in scenic green surroundings, and children can have fun on the playground. Horse riding facilities are available upon a surcharge during summer. Ferienhaus Oetztal is an ideal base for mountain biking and hiking trips. It has it's own swimming lake, available for guests free of charge.

The village of Ötz is 6 km away and the Aquadome spa in Längenfeld is 15 km away. The stop of the free ski bus is right outside the property.<
