The modern apartment is located in a typical Viennese old building and comes with 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa and a dining area, a bathroom with bath, and a separate toilet. The kitchenette is in the anteroom. Flat-screen cable TV and a washing machine are featured at the aeki CITY pixel.

Bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and a traditional Viennese café can be found in the same building. The Volkstheater and the Museums Quarter are a 5-minute walk away, while the Parliament of the Republic of Austria is 400 metres from the apartment.
