The à la carte restaurant serves traditional Albanian specialities. There is a bus station just 50 metres from the Kotoni, while the Gjirokastër Obelisk and Mosque are within easy walking distance.
The famous Gjirokastër Fortress and the Ethnographic Museum are 200 metres away. The old Bazaar is at a distance of 300 metres from the Kotoni B&B.
