The Nature & Active Resort on 26,000m² is a place for nature lovers, those seeking tranquility and adventurers alike. Embedded in a unique natural landscape between river and mountains and surrounded by meadows and forests, the resort is located on one of the sunniest places in the front Ötztal. The center of Oetz is approx. 300m away.
The Ötztal holiday region, the longest side valley in Tyrol, is not only home to the highest Tyrolean mountain, the Wildspitze, but above all shines with exciting holiday offers for the whole family. Climbing and hiking in the fantastic mountains of the 250 three-thousand-meter peaks in the Ötztal are particularly attractive and full of variety.
Facilities
The Natur & Aktiv Resort Ötztal is a "village in the village". Designed in the style of a small mountain village with typical Tyrolean cosiness, it offers 26.000m² of several buildings made of natural wood, a courtyard, the restaurant and inn "Achenwirt" with cozy parlors and sun terrace, a modern, light-flooded meeting and seminar room, beautiful gardens and meadows as well free parking.

Apartments
Live like in previous days, but with the comforts of today. The individually designed chalet and family apartments are divided into 16 different Tyrolean wooden chalets, each with bath tub or shower, partly separate WC, hairdryer, bathrobe during your stay, satellite TV, telephone, radio, refrigerator, safe, Wi-Fi and partly balcony.
XB (2-3): Chalet Apartment Tyrol, ca. 34m², living room with a cozy dining area at the tiled stove, kitchen with stove, sink and microwave, bedroom.
XY (2-3): Chalet Apartment Flair, ca. 43m² + 10m² veranda, living room with sitting area at the tiled stove, cozy sofa, modern pantry kitchen, comfortable room in healthy pinewood.
XD (4-5): Tyrolean cottage, ca. 52m², own small house with an idyllic veranda, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living room with sofa, bedroom and open sleeping camp (height ca. 1.40m) under the roof .
XZ (4-5): Family Apartment Flair, ca. 62m², spacious living room with sofa and fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 separate beds) in healthy pinewood.
XW (4-5): Family Apartment Loft, ca. 64m² + 10m² veranda, homely living-dining room and pantry kitchen, bedroom and gallery with loft bedroom with large double bed.
XV (4-5): Tyrolean cottage Charme over two floors in classic Tyrolean style, ca. 66 m², living area with Tyrolean tiled stove, seating corner, kitchen corner (including sink and stove) and couch, wooden staircase to the upper floor with 2 bedrooms.
XT (4-5): Chalet Appartement Charme De Luxe over 2 floors, ca. 83m² + 2 verandas each ca. 9m², cozy living room with Tyrolean tiled stove, seating corner and kitchen corner (including sink, microwave and stove), spacious bedroom, wooden staircase to the first floor with a well-equipped suite with sleeping and living area and fully equipped kitchen.
XF (6-6): Landhaus Chalet Tyrol, ca. 75m², spacious two-story holiday home with 2 bedrooms (one of which is a luxury suite) each with its own bathroom. Quaint living room with a cozy dining area by the tiled stove, fully equipped kitchen with stove and dishwasher.
Basic linen (bed linen and towels), electricity, water and heating included.

Included: 1 x weekly snowshoe hike at night with headlamps, toboggan rental.
Winter fun
There are 2 ski areas in the immediate vicinity. The family-friendly ski resort Hochoetz is about 1km away and offers 41 kilometers of slopes (of which 100% are snowed-covered!), 2 gondolas, 2 chair lifts, 3 double chair lifts and 4 ski lifts. In addition, the ski resort offers a full-day ski kindergarten with supervision, quaint ski lodges and a mountain restaurant with impressive panoramic views. The ski area Kühtai is about 7km away and offers a wide Aprés Ski program, 12 modern lifts, 43 beautiful, snow-sure pistes, romantic mountain huts, a sensational fun park and the popular, house-run bar.
With the free bus you reach the valley station of the Acherkogel cable car in Oetz in a few minutes.
The Hochoetz and Kühtai ski areas are also connected to a free ski bus running every 30 minutes. "2 ski areas - 1 ski pass": every lift pass in Hochoetz is valid both for the lift in Kühtai and for the ski region Hochoetz in Tyrol. Each day you can take a bus between Oetz/Ochsengarten and Kühtai whenever you want - that means limitless skiing fun for everyone!
Winter pleasures off the slopes can be experienced during extended winter hikes, guided snowshoe tours, a fast-paced toboggan run or a wonderful ski tour in the surrounding area.
In Kühtai, cross-country skiers have 18km of absolutely snow-sure and well-groomed high-altitude trails available.
