The property has 2 wings, connected by a walkway. The 7 comfortably furnished bedrooms are located in the first wing, each with its own bathroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator and a ceiling fan. In the second wing is the common area for gathering and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.
Guests can use for free outdoor billiard, outdoor table tennis and 4 mountain bicycles. Central heating is available for the winter months. WiFi is featured in the building and in the yard with playground, large barbecue, fireplace and a pool and a hot tub with mineral water for the summer months. Parking space for 7 cars is offered.
