The hotel is located in the picturesque town of Solin, 8 km from the center of Split, surrounded by beautiful greenery and a river. Roman ruins, such as an amphitheater or remains of early Christian churches make Solin itself a popular destination. The hotel beach Kašjuni (beach chairs and umbrellas for a fee) can be reached after about 7km. The hotel's shuttle bus will take you to the beach in comfort and free of charge. The city bus takes you to the center of Split every 30 minutes. The bus stop is only a few meters away from the hotel.

The Small Luxury Resort features an open lobby area with 24-hour front desk, lobby bar and cozy lounge furniture. The Tusculum Restaurant serves traditional Dalmatian cuisine. On the beach is the hotel's Joe's Beach Lounge & Bar, where you can enjoy snacks, drinks and good music.
