All partments are located within 20 minutes’ walk of Plaza Catalunya, Barcelona’s main square. Most are in the stylish Eixample district.

Each apartment has a TV in the living room, and many also have a sofa bed. They have modern kitchens and bathrooms and most have parquet floors.

Every apartment is located close to a Metro Station which gives you access to the main tourist sights in under 15 minutes.

If a flexible booking is made, a 10% deposit will be required within 48 hours of booking. The establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made within the indicated period. This 10% deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled more than 7 days before the check-in date. Late check-in after 21:00 is subject to a surcharge of EUR 30. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
