The apartments are located at the heart of Valencia just 300 m from the railway station and 3 min walk from the city centre and the top tourist sights. The famous district of the Ciudad de las Artes is a mere 10-minute drive away and it is just 1 min to restaurants, bars and the nearest links to the public transport network and 5 min to an array of shopping venues. The city airport is approximately 10 km away.

The apartment hotel was built in 1890. The hotel has 6 apartments, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift.
