The holiday village is located on the sunny terrace of Bad Kleinkirchheim, embedded in the village idyll of St. Oswald. The village center as well as the two public thermal baths "Thermal Römerbad" and "Therme St. Kathrein" are about 5km away.
Facilities
In the car-free facility you will find a reception, the à la carte restaurant "Alte Mühle" with bar, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and a heated ski room. Free parking spaces in the village depending on availability. Free WiFi is available in the entire complex.

Winter fun
You can enjoy your winter holiday on 103km of perfectly groomed slopes, located between 1.100 and 2.055m above sea level, surrounded by a beautiful mountain scenery. Thanks to the ca. 800 snow machines, skiing pleasure is guaranteed until the end of March. There are plenty of places to stop over, ski schools for future ski racers, cross country ski runs and ski tours leave no chance for boredom.
The Brunnach Biosphere Park lift with a ski school, ski kindergarten and ski rental is only 100 m from the village. The two thermal baths in the village can be reached quickly and easily with the public ski-thermal baths bus. The stop of the free Ski-Thermen-Bus is right in front of the village. Ski pass service at the reception.
Off the slopes, you can experience the diversity of Bad Kleinkirchheim during winter hiking on 60km cleared winter hiking trails, guided snowshoe hikes or during an evening toboggan run.
