A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to inform Kitz Residenz by Alpin Rentals about the total number of guests (adults and children under 14 years) that will be staying in the apartments.
