Situated in the idyllic mountain village of Tauplitz in the Styrian Salzkammergut, the Hotel Pension Sonnenuhr is an ideal starting point for mountain bikers and hikers in summer, and for skiers and cross-country skiers in winter.
The hotel is right next to the ski slope and only about 50 metres away from the valley station of the 4-seated chair lift taking you up to the Tauplitzalm mountain pasture, at 1,600 metres above sea level.
The Hotel Sonnenuhr offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Grimming, one of Europe’s biggest isolated mountains. All rooms have breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.
