FITNESS: Our guests have free access to the hotel�s bright and spacious fitness room in parterre throughout their stay. You can use our running machine, step machine, cross training, and rowing machines while watching the news on TV.

The Ascot Hotel is a classic 4-star hotel located in the heart of Copenhagen close to Tivoli and the Town Hall Square. The hotel is built in and around one of Copenhagen�s ancient and elegant public baths. The beautiful lay-out and architecture give the hotel a very special atmosphere. The Ascot Hotel has 177 rooms and apartments and has been renovated with respect for the old public bath�s numerous beautiful details and is today an attractive accommodation with all modern facilities such as spa, fitness, meeting facilities. Rooms

Ascot Hotel�s 175 rooms are bright, inviting and individually furnished with respect to the special history and spirit of the hotel. All rooms have private showers or tubs, and are equipped with classic and Danish design furniture. Each hotel room is equipped with wireless internet access, cable TV with international channels, 26" LCD-TV with in-house cinema and radio, room service, telephone, message and wake-up service and modern bathrooms with guest supplies. You can borrow an iron or an iron board in the reception. You can also reserve: 3-bedded rooms, suites, family rooms with space for up to 5 persons, connecting rooms, rooms with kitchenettes, penthouses with a wonderful view over the roofs of Copenhagen, extra beds, allergy rooms, twin-bedded rooms, smoking and non-smoking rooms.

Exterior

Ascot Hotel is centrally located for arrival and departure. On foot, in car, train or taxi. Only one-minute walk from the Town Hall Square and Str�get and in two minutes radius from the Central Railway Station you find shopping, galleries, theatre, Tivoli, cinemas and gourmet restaurants. The hotel is a collection of traditionally styled buildings which have been merged to form an hotel. The buildings were formerly a public bathhouse for bourgeoise Copenhageners, and there are still architectural reminders of this within the property. It is a 5 storey brown brick building.

Restaurant

The bright and beautiful restaurant is decorated in a classical style. We serve our large traditional Danish breakfast buffet spiced with foreign specialities. Enjoy your breakfast under the beautiful lamps designed by the famous architect Poul Henningsen, and you can be updated on the latest news in today�s paper or on the wireless internet with free access. The small charming Ascot Bar is the perfect place to end your day or evening with a glass of wine, drinks or a cold tasty draught beer. The bar dates back to the old public bathhouse and is today the hotel�s popular meeting place with an atmosphere of its own. Copenhagen which is just outside the Ascot Hotel has numerous nice restaurants and many of these very close to the hotel so you do not have to walk far for a culinary treat. We work together with several good restaurants that can deliver a meal to your room. For a fast order you can also choose sushi or pizza on the take-away menu. We have 24 hour room service and are available if you need drinks, snacks or breakfast in your room. Room service can also help you to order take-away if you wish to eat in your room. The restaurants are Spanish, Italian and Australian. And the take-away restaurants are sushi and pizza restaurants. You can find the menus in your room.
