All apartments have a living area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and dining table. The private kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, and fridge. Kitchenware is provided in all apartments and some of them have a washing machine and dishwasher.

The apartments include modern furnishings and many of them have a small balcony with views of the city. Each apartment has a private bathroom with a bathtub or a shower, and towels and bed linen are provided. A cot is available upon request.

There are bars and restaurant within a 10-minute walk of the apartments, and a 24-hour grocery shop is just around the corner. Passeig de Gràcia Boulevard, famous for its high-end boutiques and Gaudì’s buildings, can be reached in 7 minutes on foot.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Tendency Apartments 6 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. 5 days before arrival, the property will contact the guest by e-mail to confirm estimated arrival time and provide a contact phone number. There is no reception at the apartment. Once in Barcelona, guests must call at least 1 hour before arrival at the apartment in order to arrange key collection. Check-in outside standard hours is upon request and subject to availability. Parties are strictly prohibited at the apartments.
