VILLA LAS FLORES

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Villa Las Flores is 5 minutes’ drive from Tenerife’s famous Los Gigantes Cliffs. The villa features a garden with barbecue facilities and an outdoor pool.

One of the 4 bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. There is another bathroom and 2 toilets. The villa has 2 well-equipped kitchens; one inside and one beside the barbecue area. The living room includes a flat-screen cable TV, CD and DVD player. There is a dishwasher and a separate laundry room with washing machine.

Free parking is offered and it is 5 km to Playa de la Arena Beach. Los Cristianos and Las Américas are 30 km away, and it is 40 km to Tenerife South Airport.
Cleaning is included in the price, for all lengths of stay. For long stays cleaning will be done more than once. Sheets and towels are provided. From November to March, there is a supplement for heating the pool, which depends on the length of stay. Keys will be left in a safety deposit box. When you have made the reservation, you should phone or email the property for the code to open this safe. Contact details are on the booking confirmation. Please note that 30% of the reservation must be paid once a booking has been made, the remaining must be paid upon arrival.
