From 00:00 the supplement will be €40 for late check-in. It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors. It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building. The accommodation of unregistered persons in our apartment is prohibited. In case this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation automatically. Smoking is totally prohibited throughout the building and inside the apartments. Towels cannot be hung on the railings both on the balconies and in the corridors. For this they have clotheslines in each of the apartments. -Please, always carry your keys with you. The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9 pm will cost 25 euros. -Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest.
