The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the B & B feature a playground and a lovely garden.
