A damage deposit of THB 36000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please be informed that the villa's 4 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children up to 18 years old. Please see below the following room capacity details: - Reservations for up to 2 adults will have access to 1 king-size bedroom only. - Reservations for up to 2 adults and 2 children will have access to 1 Family Bedroom (Twin beds and bunk beds) only. - Reservations for up to 4 adults will have access to 2 king-size bedrooms only. - Reservations for up to 4 adults and 4 children will have access to 2 bedrooms only. - Reservations for up to 6 adults and 4 children will have access to 3 bedrooms only. - Reservations for up to 8 adults and 4 children will have access to all 4 bedrooms.
