This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please, note that in case of online payment via credit card, the name of the card holder must be the same as the guest making the reservation and the credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If the credit card doesn't belong to the guest, an authorization letter from the card holder will be required. Please be informed that the credit card will be verified by the property upon check-in by charging THB 1 and will be refunded back to the card on the same day.
