The centre of Kirchberg can be reached in a 10-minute walk along a small river. The bus to the Kitzbühel Alps ski area stops just a one-minute walk away.

In a 10-minute walk from Vötter Appartement, guests can reach the Gaisberg Mountain, which features illuminated night slopes and a toboggan run.< The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Appartement Vötter by NV-Appartements in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
