The Stadtpark Park, MAK Museum of Applied Arts, Albertina Art Museum, Natural History Museum, the Vienna State Opera and many other attractions can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or less.

All units at Downtown Studios Vienna have high ceilings and large windows with views of either a terrace or pedestrian area. A private bathroom, kitchenette and cable TV are also featured in all, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The metro stations Stephansplatz and Stubentor can both be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are within a radius of 500 metres.
