STONE LADY - HOLIDAY HOME

Stone Lady Croatia is amazing house wich was built more than 500 years ago. Complete renovation was completed in 2018. The house is located on a cliff, right above the sea and has private access to the rocky beach. It is best for a peaceful vacation and enjoying the view from the terrace that provides an amazing view of the open sea. The house is located in the pedestrian zone without the noise of cars, you can hear only the waves. On the ground floor there is a tavern with equipped kitchen and dining area, on the ground floor there is also a toilet. On the first floor there is a living room which also has a kitchen. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and each room has a sea or mountain view. Please keep in mind: The house has a cooling system but not in conventional way. The whole building is equipped with self-sustainable air conditioning and ventilation using a system of pipes in which water, chilled in a water tank deep in the ground, circulates and provide cooling for the entire house. However, the house has stone walls, wide more than 50 cm, which prevents heating of the house interior, ensuring a comfortable stay inside.
