Le Campus Appartement is a tourist residence located in Nice just a 20-minute walk from the Nice Marina and 120 metres from Saint-Roch tram stop. The self-catering studios are serviced by a lift and feature a modern-style décor and free Wi-Fi.

All the heated studios feature a sofa, tiled floors and a bathroom with a shower. Every studio is equipped with a TV.

The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, a microwave and a fridge. Kitchenware and a coffee machine are also available at the studio, and bed linen and towels are provided.

Le Campus Appartement is a 24-minute walk from the Modern Art Museum and 3 km from Nice Opéra. Guests have free access to laundry facilities.

Please inform the property in advance of your arrival time so that check-in can be arranged 24 hours in advance using a key safe. Parking spaces cost 10 EUR/night and are subject to availability. A laundry service is available free of charge (washing powder not provided). Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning on departure is included (with the exception of dishwashing, kitchen cleaning and rubbish removal). Hairdryer and iron available on request. Additional cleaning services are available on request, at an additional cost: Full cleaning 40€. Supplement for change of bed linen is 10 EUR. Supplement for change of towels 10 EUR. Keys lost or forgotten after 18:00 and on Sundays (all day) will be charged 70 EUR. Late check-out after 10:00 is charged 50 EUR. Invoice available on request in the name of the reservation Bachelor parties and other such parties are prohibited at this property.
