Decorated with modern furniture, each apartment includes a seating area with sofa and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove and coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower.
The surrounding area is full of a wide range of bars, shops and restaurants that serve traditional dishes and tapas.
Barcelona Comtal Apartments is a 15-minute walk from Plaça Universitat, Plaça Catalunya Square and the Ramblas. Barcelona El Prat Airport is 20 minutes’ drive away. Guests can find the bus stop for the airport within a 10-minute walk.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in carries the following charges:
-EUR 30 for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00;
-EUR 50 for check-in after 00:00.
If you expect to arrive later than the agreed check-in time, please advise the property in advance. Guests who do not advise that they will arrive later than the agreed check-in time will have to pay an extra EUR 10 per hour.
Please note a cleaning is arranged for stays longer than 8 nights. Daily cleaning service is available at a surcharge.
