The hotel is situated a few minutes' walking distance from Levante beach and 35 minutes' walking distance from the tourist centre and old town. The hotel is surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

The hotel was modernised in 2021. The hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with 2 lifts and 135 non-smoking rooms.
