Location
This apartment complex is located in the Agua La Perra ravine in Puerto Rico. It is about 500 metres from the shopping at Agua La Perra and 800 metres from the commercial centre of Puerto Rico. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. Gran Canaria Airport is about 50 km away.
Facilities
12 apartments are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry, a smoke alarm and a smoking area. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Other services include a hotel shuttle bus.
Rooms
Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable temperatures.
