ISLANDA HIDEAWAY RESORT

Location

The resort is located on a quiet beach overlooking the gently rolling Andaman Sea. It is the only resort on Klang Island, a small island on the Krabi River, and has a friendly fishing village as a neighbour. Poda Island, Chicken Island and Railay Beach are all about 2 km away. The resort is 30 minutes away from Krabi international airport by longtail boat and car.

Facilities

Guests have a choice of 30 double rooms. A currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, room service, a laundry service and a conference room are available. Internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay in touch while on holiday. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Rooms include a king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A television with satellite/cable channels ensures additional comfort. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. 4 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sports/Entertainment

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. Leisure activities and facilities at the bungalow complex include cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball, volleyball, handball, a gym and darts or, for a fee, massage treatments.
