The hotel was modernised in 2024. The hotel has 379 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A 24-hour security service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a smoke alarm are available.
