This family-run B&B is a floating-villa moored on the IJ-Lake in Amsterdam IJburg, the most innovative and famous new urbanization in Netherlands. La Corte Sconta B&B offers covered parking, parking for electric vehicles, and bicycle rental. Amsterdam Central Station is 12 minutes by tram.

Each individually decorated room is enriched with elements of design or craftsmanship. All the rooms have a flat-screen TV, water kettle, fan, and fast WiFi. Three rooms have a shared bathroom which is fitted with a bath and shower. The Family Room has two spacious private bathrooms and does not share any space with other guests.

Every morning you can request your personalized breakfast starting from €5. Within a 10-minute walk from La Corte Sconta B&B, there is a variety of cafes, brasseries, restaurants, and fast food, as well as the local market on weekends.

The perfect starting point for your journey by bike or even on foot. Easy access to Arena Stadio, Ziggo Dome, Zandvoort (F1 circuit), Diemer Park and Muiderslot. Only 150 meters away from the iconic Sluishuise where you can admire a spectacular view over the city. From Amsterdam Central Station you have direct links to Rijksmuseum, Leidseplein, Dam Square, Anne Frank House, Zaanse Schans, and Keukenhof. The airport is only 15 minutes drive from B&B. Ask the B&B staff for tips about the area which is an attraction in itself.
Please note that if guests want to take advantage of free services (cot, extra bed, pets, kitchen use) or paid services, these must be requested prior to the reservation in order to prevent misunderstandings. Guests can use the special requests box when booking to insert the requests. This B&B does not have a 24/7 reception: the check-in time is from 14:30 to 15:30. If guests arrive before 14:30, they can leave their luggage for free and take the keys so they may come back whenever they want. If guests arrive after 16:00, they need to inform the B&B in order to avoid extra charges. Guests that are staying with children need to inform the B&B about their age. Please inform the property before check-in if you plan to bring a pet.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
