Studios with Mezzanine Rua da Moeda is a set of 7 self-catering studios located in Lisbon, 250 metres from central public transport hub Cais do Sodré and the Tagus River. Cais do Sodré is a short walk away and is one the city's premier nightlife hotspots.

Set in a traditional late 18th century building, with Portuguese tiles in its stairway, these air-conditioned studios have a bed on a mezzanine. The living area comes with sofa-bed for 1 or 2 persons and flat screen TV with either cable TV or satellite TV. Each studio has a bathroom with a shower, and there is also a fully equipped kitchen in each unit.

Guests may cook their own meals at the accommodation. The popular Time Out Market is just across the street and features an assortment of food and drink options, with some kiosks from renowned chefs. Alternatively, local restaurants are available just outside the building and through a short walk.

The property is 300 metres from Bairro Alto and 500 metres from historical Chiado. Lisbon’s International Airport is located 8.3 km away from the units.

Please note that there is no daily cleaning of the Studio. You may request cleaning at Studios Mezzanine for an additional fee. Please note that the accommodation has no reception. Check-in and check-out should be previously arranged. Due to Covid19 pandemic situation worldwide all check -in and check out processes are contactless. Guests will receive instructions from property 1-3 days before arrival on how to self check-in. Please note that the Studios are not recommended for small children or guests with limited mobility because of their high mezzanines. They are allowed though but under the guest's own risk. Dogs can be accommodated at an extra charge of EUR 50 per pet, per stay. Dogs are allowed upon previous request and only on the following room types: Studio with Balcony, Superior Studio with Balcony, Studio with Terrace, Deluxe One-Bedroom Studio with Terrace and Premium One-Bedroom Studio with Terrace. Please note that all studios are on the 2nd story of the building and accessible through 4 sets of stairs only. Please note that we do not serve meals.
