From its windows, you will have views of the Square and Calle Nueva, one of the main commercial arteries of the city of Malaga. Just 100 meters away is Calle Larios, pedestrianized, just like the street where the apartment is located, Calle Arquitecto Blanco Soler. Since its origins, Calle Larios has had a mixed use of traffic and pedestrians until its remodeling in 2003 when it became pedestrianized. In addition to being an important commercial street, one of the first in Spain, together with Constitution Square, it forms an urban space that is the protagonist of important events in the city. At 250 meters from the apartment is the Cathedral, affectionately nicknamed 'La Manquita' by the people of Malaga because it is missing a tower. Just a few meters from the Cathedral is the Arab fortress of La Alcazaba. To visit it, you can take an elevator in front of the City Hall of Malaga, which will take you to the highest part of the fortification, so you can then go down through its interior to the exit by the Roman Theater. The kitchen is integrated into the living/dining room, with everything you need to feel at home: complete utensils, washing machine with dryer option, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, etc. WiFi and air conditioning are free.
