Each air-conditioned apartment with a balcony has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It features a flat-screen TV and washing machine. An oven, toaster, microwave and coffee machine are provided in the kitchen.
The Turia Gardens are just 300 metres away and City of Arts and Sciences is 30 minutes’ walk from the property.
Valencia Railway Station is located within 1 km of the property and Valencia Airport can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Airport shuttle can be organized upon request. Private parking is available upon request near the property.
This accommodation is located in a pedestrian area and the entry of vehicles for non-residents is restricted.
Reservations for 2 or more apartments may be subject to different conditions and additional fees, such as a surcharge of 2000 EUR. Check-in after the usual takes a surcharge.
A deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon arrival to cover any damages. You will have to pay by card. The deposit will be refunded in full on the credit card once the good condition of the accommodation has been checked.
Check-in hours from January 1st to December 31st (both inclusive) are from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Except for December 24th, 25th and 31st, when check-in hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
