An older 9 floor building from the Soviet era houses this hostel of low standard. It stands on a rather big campus area on a hill just 1.500 meters from the center of town. Some basic renovation will take place before the Championships but sanitary and room quality will remain low. Every two rooms share a separate bathroom and a toilet. The hostel has a public cafeteria/bar where breakfast and other meals can be purchased. Being very centrally located there are shops, bars and restaurants just outside this hostel.
