The hotel offers several accommodation categories. Standard Double Room measures 28–32 m², accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child, and usually comes with a terrace and mountain view. Studio starts from 40 m², for 2 adults and 1 child, with a kitchenette, sitting area and in most cases a terrace and mountain view. Studio Deluxe is 45–48 m², for 2 adults and 1 child, with mountain views. One-Bedroom Apartment is 55 m², for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults, with a separate bedroom, living room and views of the mountains or town. Two-Bedroom Apartment ranges from 55 to 110 m², for 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults, with two bedrooms and views of the mountains or town. One-Bedroom Apartment Deluxe is 55 m², for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults, with a terrace and mountain view. Two-Bedroom Apartment Deluxe is 80–93 m², for 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults, also with a terrace and mountain view.

Main meals are served in the main restaurant, which usually operates from 07:30 to 23:00. Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00 in winter and from 08:00 to 10:00 in summer, while dinner runs from 19:00 to 21:30. Outside these hours, the restaurant works a la carte, with the kitchen usually taking orders until around 22:00. The hotel website offers rates with breakfast, with breakfast and dinner, and during selected periods all inclusive packages; for groups, full board and half board options are also available. In seasonal all inclusive packages, breakfast usually runs from 08:00 to 10:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:00, afternoon snack from 16:00 to 17:00, and dinner from 19:00 to 21:30.

Under the bed & breakfast plan, breakfast usually includes cereals and muesli, cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, yoghurt, milk, eggs, pastries, seasonal fruit, bread, as well as coffee, tea and juices. In all inclusive programmes, lunch and dinner additionally include salads, soups, meat and vegetarian dishes, desserts and fruit, while drinks typically include coffee, tea, juices, mineral water, draft beer, wine and selected Bulgarian alcoholic drinks. Imported alcohol and espresso are charged separately according to the menu.

Casa Karina does not have a beach or beach bar, as it is a mountain hotel in Bansko focused mainly on ski, active and wellness holidays. Instead of beach infrastructure, the key advantages here are proximity to the gondola lift, hiking routes and winter activities.

Facilities vary by category, but in general rooms and apartments offer an LED TV, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, daily replenished tea/coffee/water set, kettle, wardrobe, bathroom amenities and heating. Standard rooms usually have a shower cabin, studios more often feature a bathtub, while deluxe categories offer more modern finishes and usually a shower cabin. Many categories include a terrace, and studios and apartments additionally come with a kitchenette or a fully equipped kitchen area.

The hotel has a main restaurant and a lobby bar. The main restaurant seats around 230 guests and serves Bulgarian and international cuisine, along with selected drinks; room service is also available. The lobby bar is open from 07:30 to 23:00 and serves salads, pizza, burgers, bruschetta, pasta and drinks. It is a convenient spot for casual meals during the day, while the main restaurant is more focused on breakfasts, dinners and package meal plans.

For active holidays, the hotel offers skiing and snowboarding, the option to buy a ski pass directly at reception, ski storage, guided hiking tours, bicycle and ATV rental, fishing, horse riding, picnics and excursions. On site there is billiards, electronic games, a petanque area and a fitness room. The wellness area includes an indoor pool measuring 7×14 m, Finnish sauna, steam bath, massage rooms and relaxation areas; the hotel’s main page also mentions a hammam and solarium.

For children, the hotel provides a spacious children’s corner and a playroom. According to the hotel rules, the play area is mainly intended for children aged 4 to 12 years, while children under 4 may stay there only accompanied by their parents. In many packages, the children’s corner is already included in the accommodation price. It is also important that children remain under adult supervision in the pool area, SPA zone, lifts and other public spaces of the hotel.

On the grounds of Casa Karina there is a 24-hour reception, main restaurant, lobby bar, underground parking, fast Wi-Fi, two conference halls, a landscaped inner courtyard, barbecue area, ski storage, as well as 4 electric vehicle charging stations with 22 kW AC Type 2. Guests also have access to the pool, sauna, steam bath and gym, while the SPA area usually works from 10:00 to 19:00 and the pool until 21:00. This set of facilities is especially convenient in winter and during the shoulder seasons, when guests want to combine mountain outings with comfortable time inside the complex.

Within the resort area and the old town near the hotel, guests can visit Bansko Ski Resort and the gondola lift, the historic centre of Bansko, the Holy Trinity Church, the Neofit Rilski House Museum, the Radonova House Historical and Ethnographic Museum, as well as the St Paisii Hilendarski Spiritual and Historical Centre. This location is very convenient for travellers who want to combine skiing, walks through the old town and visits to cultural attractions without long transfers.
