This beach hotel is located in the centre of resort. Central pedestrianised areas of the resort are to be found in the vicinity, where diverse range of shops (150 m), supermarkets and bars (200m) and nightclubs (500 m) are located. There is a stop for the public transport to be found in the hotel's vicinity, approximately 50 m away. The beach is about 300 m away. Burgas airport lies around 30 km from the hotel, whilst Varna airport is 100 km away.

10 suites and 90 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.
