Переваги та особливості пляжного відпочинку в Сіді
Side has a wide coastline; the beaches here are of sand and pebbles. The entry into the water is mostly gentle; there are no stones or large slabs. This attracts tourists, especially families with children.
On the beach area, located on the eastern side of the peninsula, there are ancient ruins, and there are always fewer people here.
The most comfortable weather for a beach vacation in Side lasts from May to September. In June, the sea water temperature reaches 25 °C, while the air temperature almost always does not exceed 30 °C. At the same time, if we talk about the swimming season, then in Side it begins in April and ends almost at the end of November.
The resort stands out for its natural beauty and freshness; pine and orange forests grow here.

Side Travel Guide
Visiting the Turkish town of Side, you immerse yourself in the heart of ancient history
When choosing where to stay, pick the area based on your holiday style: near the Old Town for walks and sights, by the long beaches for pure relaxation, or in greener spots for peace and quiet.
Side is an ancient town located on the eastern coast of the Pamphylia region. It is about an hour away from Antalya. The town of Side sits on a peninsula, surrounded by very clean beaches.
The climate in Side is Mediterranean: summer is quite long and warm, while winter is wet but mild.
The Side resort area is made up of villages, each with its own advantages. For example, Kumkoy is more suitable for young people and those who can’t imagine life without parties. The village of Sorgun is recommended for those who like spending most of their time in nature. Here you can take walks among lush green vegetation.
If you’re interested in a family holiday in Side, then Colakli is the best fit — a village with good infrastructure where you can enjoy an unforgettable vacation with children. But if you want a quiet and relaxing holiday, a place to escape negative thoughts, worries, and tiredness, then we recommend paying attention to locations such as Kizilagac and Kizilot. Hotels in the Titreyengol Lake area are also suitable for this kind of stay.
