Features of a ski holiday in Sinaia
For guests’ comfortable travel around the town, ski lifts have been built, carrying passengers from the center of Sinaia to the platform and back. This is the start of the first zip-line run, three kilometers long. In the snow season, you can ski down from here on skis straight to the hotel. The second zip-line run is shorter – 2 kilometers. Under it lies one of the “black” slopes, 1.5 km long.
The length of the three “black” slopes is 3 km, the three “blue” slopes – 5 km, and the ten “red” slopes – 8 km.

Turkish carpets, old weaponry, objects made of precious metals and many others are exhibited here.
Just one hundred meters from this old building, an unusual castle is built – Pelișor, in which a museum is open with a large number of fascinating exhibits. This building also belonged to the royal family and served the purpose of accommodating the monarch’s relatives. The main architectural style, chosen for the formation, was the modern one. The castle includes 70 rooms and each of them is just as unique as in the main Peleș.
You can also visit the Sinaia Monastery, established in sec. XVII and which is active at present. 13 monks live here. On the territory of the holy place operates the library, the second by capacity, the first being the bookshop in the Vatican. The entrance is free of charge.
