The owners are available to assist at all times, as they live in the same complex. Τhe coastline is at 300 metres from the property, while a bus stop connecting to several locations can be found at 700 metres.

Sea Point Villas is only 700 metres from the Blue Flag Corallia Beach, one of the most beautiful spots in the area of Paphos. The Coral Bay Beach is only 2 km away. The nearest super market and restaurant is 1.2 km from the property. Free parking is available on site.

Electricity consumption is included in the rate of the accommodation, up to a maximum of :
500 kWh for the 3 bedroom villas, per week
700 kWh for the 5 bedroom villas, per week

Excess consumption over and above the usage stated above, will be charged at EU0.40c/kWh and this amount will be deducted from the damage deposit. In the event the damage deposit is not sufficient to cover the cost of the additional electricity consumption, the said amount is payable in cash prior to departure, in Euros.
