Guests can enjoy a spacious terrace with sea views, BBQ facilities and free Wi-Fi throughout the property are included.
Nestled in a 17th century building, this Villa is fully renovated with local stone, wood and Italian tiles. All rooms come with tile floors, stone walls, wood-panelled ceilings, air conditioning and a work desk. There are two sleeping rooms with en-suite bathrooms which are fitted with a rain shower and/or massage tub and include a hairdryer and towels. Additional double bed is in the gallery above the living room. Toilet is on the ground floor. The living room features a 50” TV, fireplace, study, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffeemaker.
Town Budva is a 30 minute drive and the UNESCO Town of Kotor can be reached in 70 minutes by car. Old town Bar is a 15 minute drive while Tivat Airport is a 50 minute away. Free private parking on site.
The property is 1.5 km from the supermarket and Sutomore seaside promenade.
