Why booking early saves money (and why “last minute” is not always smart)
“Early booking” means you lock your hotel before high season and you do it at a reduced rate. It’s not just marketing talk. It’s how the hotel industry fills rooms early. The result for you is very real: discounts of 20–40% and first pick of the best rooms, not whatever is left in July.
Admiral.Travel works directly with tour operators and hotels in Turkey (Antalya), Egypt (Hurghada), Greece, Bulgaria, and more. So this is not theory. These are actual packages with flights, transfers, accommodation, and insurance included — already bundled and ready.

What you actually get when you book your holiday early
- Real discounts: 20%–40% Hotels publish early booking promo prices before the crowds. When occupancy rises, promo disappears. The earlier you buy, the lower the base price versus peak summer.
- You pick the good hotels, not leftovers Beachfront with calm water, real kids’ aqua park, clean food, quiet rooms, high review score — these hotels go first. Last minute is usually “whatever nobody wanted in the first place”.
- You lock the exact travel dates you need Do you only get vacation from 15–22 June? Or only one specific 10-day window in August? With early booking, you choose the dates. With last minute, you accept what’s left.
- You don’t pay everything at once Typical structure: ~10% upfront to secure hotel + flights + transfer. The rest is paid gradually over the next months. No “all money now” panic in the family budget.
Peak season (July / August) is brutal: resorts are already full, especially Antalya, Aegean islands, and high-demand family beach hotels. If you’re traveling with kids, you don’t want to end up in the only free option that has loud nightlife below your balcony and zero shade by the pool.
When is the best moment to book (month by month)
The classic early booking window for summer resorts (Turkey, Greece, Bulgarian seaside, and even Egypt for spring) usually runs from late October until around March–April.
- October – December Biggest discounts: sometimes even ~30%–40%. You’re basically getting first pick of room types and hotel category.
- January Still very good deals, typically ~25%–30%. But now the most desirable dates (school vacation windows, June, mid-August) start getting claimed.
- February – March Typical discount ~10%–20%. Family rooms start to run out. Interconnected rooms (parents + kids with a door between) might already be gone for July.
- April Minimal reductions left (5% or none). We’re basically in “standard seasonal price” mode. By June/July, you pay full.
Key detail: early booking does not mean you must pay full cost right now. Usually you only place a small deposit (around 10%). The rest can be paid gradually until just before departure.
When early booking is not a “nice to have,” but survival
- Families with kids You want: 1st line to the beach, fine sand, heated kids’ pool, slides, kids club, calm food (not super spicy), quiet rooms at night. These hotels are limited. They’re gone first.
- Fixed vacation window only Your employer only approved one specific week? You’re celebrating an anniversary on a certain date? Then you must lock those dates early. Last minute won’t respect your calendar.
- People who want 5★ value at 4★ money Early booking is basically where you get a high-end all inclusive hotel with aqua park at a “medium” price. Wait until July and that trick is gone.
The pattern is always the same: planners get the quiet rooms, the family rooms, the beachfront rooms. Late pickers get what’s left.
How early booking works with Admiral.Travel
1. Tell us the destination (for example: Antalya all inclusive / Hurghada winter sun / Greek islands / Bulgarian coast).
2. Tell us the period (exact dates or at least the month).
3. Tell us who’s going: couple / 2 adults + child / multigenerational family, etc.
4. We shortlist hotels by your needs: beach access, food, kids club, spa, quiet vs party vibe, etc.
5. You lock the package with a small deposit (~10%) and pay the rest in stages.
You don’t even have to walk in physically on day one. You can start the booking by phone or online, and we prepare the documents.
