Travel time will be 3 hours 30 minutes from Munich railway station to Bad Gastein railway station.

From Vienna airport - by train. Right at the airport of the Austrian capital there is a railway station. Travel time from Vienna Airport to Bad Gastein is 4.5 hours with a transfer in Salzburg. There are no direct trains, so the best option is to train to Salzburg and change to the Salzburg–Bad Gastein train.
