The hotel operates on a "The Premium All Inclusive" (PAI) meal plan. It includes comprehensive meals with a wide range of options, including European and international cuisines, as well as Asian dishes.

Guests have two meal packages available:
Non-Alcoholic: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on an all-inclusive basis at the Mountain View restaurant, as well as, if desired, dinner at the Akuna Matata food court in Soho Square or late dinner at Café Chino. Non-alcoholic drinks are included.

Alcoholic: Guests selecting this package enjoy all the benefits of the first package, as well as access to establishments serving alcoholic beverages.

The hotel is located on the second coastline, 800 meters from the beach. Guests have access to the shore on the outskirts of the legendary White Knight Bay. The surface is sandy. Entrance to the water is via pontoons.

For your stay at the hotel, there are 392 rooms overlooking the garden and pool. Rooms for guests with limited mobility are also available. Each room is furnished with comfortable furniture and king-size beds. Suite rooms feature a separate living room with sofas and armchairs.
