The most comfortable option is the flights operated by Turkish Airlines, where meals are served on board. If the connection in Istanbul is delayed, you are offered a meal. But from experience and practice, Turkish Airlines aircraft operate quite frequently, so there are practically no very long layovers.
The total flight time is 11–12 hours.

Flydubai – flies from Bucharest with a stopover in Dubai. Ticket prices are more attractive, but no meals are served on board and only hand luggage is included in the price. Checked baggage is paid additionally. The connections are relatively good, the layover does not last long.
Wizz Air flies from Bucharest with a stopover in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. It is the cheapest option, but with disadvantages: there is no catering on board and layovers can be long – up to 24 hours. It is suitable for those who want to see new and interesting places in the United Arab Emirates.
From the airport to the island you can get by seaplane or speedboat.
