In 1960 Erich and Herta Sommer took over the former farm with a small inn. In 1972 a new guesthouse was built and a guesthouse with 18 comfort rooms was built, which was increased to 26 rooms in 1982. All of them can now be easily reached by elevator. In 1994 Franz Sommer took over the management and is now the third generation to run the inn and guest house.
