Renovated in 2012, the chalet consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A flat-screen TV with cable channels can be watched and a terrace and a balcony can be relaxed on. Views of the surrounding mountains can be enjoyed.

There is a ski school 200 metres from the house and 3 more different ski schools as well as a children's park can be found at the ski lift 700 metres away. An indoor swimming pool with a large body slide is 10 km away. During the summer, the ski slopes are converted to a mountain bike park and hiking tracks.

The nearest town is Saalfelden with shopping malls and entertainment options is a 10-minute drive away. The town of Kaprun is 25 minutes by car from the house.

The Leogang Train Station is 1 km away. Free parking is provided. A taxi or a shuttle bus to airports can be arranged upon request for surcharge.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
