There is no reception on site. We operate self check-in and have a call centre available 24/7. We clean before and after your stay. In the meantime, this is your home. Take care of it. We do not change towels or sheets during your stay. You can request additional cleaning for an additional fee. Please note that in case of damage, an extra fee will be charged. Please note that hosting a party, smoking and/or bringing pets is not allowed, otherwise an extra fee is charged for compensation.
