Accommodation with animals at the Calimera Ralitsa Superior hotel is not allowed. Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. There are facilities for guests with reduced mobility.

In the main restaurant of the hotel, a buffet with the best dishes and drinks of Bulgarian and international cuisines is served daily for guests. Among the offered variety are fresh salads from seasonal vegetables and greens, meat, cheese, fruit slices, sauces, side dishes, soups, pastries and desserts.

At certain hours, guests are offered tea, coffee, ice cream and light snacks. Two umbrellas and one sun lounger are provided free of charge for each room, the rest of the necessary equipment is rented on site for an additional fee.
