Double Room Park View — up to 2 adults and 1 child, around 15 m², overlooking the forest and the Baltata Nature Reserve. One-Bedroom Apartment Sea View — up to 4 adults, around 30 m², with a sea view. All categories include air conditioning, and check-in usually starts after 14:00, while check-out is until 11:00.

Meals are served in the Elitsa restaurant: breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30, snacks from 15:00 to 17:00 — usually biscuits, fruit and ice cream, and dinner from 18:30 to 21:00. Bulgarian alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served from 10:00 to 23:00. The restaurant focuses on dishes prepared with products from local producers and the gardens of Albena; vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dietary options are also stated. For stays of more than 7 nights until the end of June and from the beginning of September, the Dine Around programme applies, allowing guests to have lunch or dinner in one of the resort’s themed a la carte restaurants.

The hotel enjoys an excellent first-line location, and the beach is known for its fine golden sand. The beach area holds a Blue Flag eco-label. Guests staying on meal plans other than room only are provided with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room in the dedicated Elitsa beach sector, usually starting from the 3rd row and subject to availability; places in the first two rows are charged extra. Mattresses are available at an additional cost. Lifeguards are on duty at the beach and pools, approximately from 08:30 to 18:00. A separate beach bar is not listed on the hotel’s official page.

For children, the hotel offers a children’s pool with a mini splash area, playgrounds, and animation. Within the wider Albena resort programme, there are themed children’s days, a mini disco, an extended evening programme for children until 22:30 on certain days of the week, sports activities, kids’ clubs, and trips to Aquamania. Thanks to the gently sloping sandy beach and the easy all inclusive format, the hotel is especially convenient for holidays with children.

The hotel’s facilities list includes an outdoor pool and a children’s pool with mineral water, a restaurant with terrace, bars, a garden, children’s playgrounds, Wi-Fi in the hotel and on the beach, a 24-hour reception, lift, safe, wake-up service, paid parking, laundry and drying service, iron on request, bicycle rental, taxi, and transfers. Accommodation with a dog is possible as a paid service. The hotel does not list its own SPA complex, but guests can use the wellness and SPA centres of the Albena resort.

The most interesting nearby place is the Baltata Nature Reserve, located right next to the hotel and ideal for walks among rare coastal forest scenery. About 300 m away there is mini golf, around 600 m away is the shopping area and walking part of the resort, and approximately 1 km away is the Aquamania water park. In the central part of Albena, guests will also find shops, souvenir stands, places for evening entertainment, and promenades along the coast.
