The hotel offers double rooms of around 18 m², suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Accommodation options include a 160x200 cm double bed with a sofa bed, a combination of 140x200 cm and 100x200 cm beds, or two 100x200 cm single beds with a sofa. Most rooms have sea views, while some overlook the green resort area.

Dining includes breakfast at the Laguna Beach restaurant from 07:30 to 10:00, lunch from 12:00 to 14:30, dinner from 18:00 to 21:00 and poolside snacks from 15:00 to 17:00. Throughout the day, guests can enjoy savory snacks, sweets, fruit and ice cream, while local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10:00 to 23:30. For stays of 7 nights or more, guests can use the Dine Around program for lunch or dinner in a themed à la carte restaurant.

Guests use a dedicated area on Albena beach, which has received the Blue Flag award. For guests with meal plans, except “room only”, 1 umbrella and up to 2 sun loungers per room are included from the 3rd row from the sea. There is a beach bar, while the first rows of sun loungers are available at an additional charge according to the resort rules.
