The hotel offers Double Room and Villa options. The double room, about 18 m², accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children and has views of the park and flower garden. The villa, about 45 m², is suitable for 4 adults and 1 child and includes two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and three balconies with park views.

Meals are served under the Green All Inclusive concept: breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00, late breakfast from 10:00 to 11:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30, snacks at the snack bar from 15:00 to 17:00, and dinner from 18:00 to 21:00. During the season, from 15.06 to 15.09, the Rai beach restaurant serves a light lunch, ice cream, soft drinks and beer from 12:30 to 14:30.

The program includes soft drinks, water, coffee, tea and local drinks in the hotel bars according to the current schedule. The Lobby Bar is open from 10:00 to 23:00. At Rai beach, the program mentions soft drinks and beer. Imported alcohol, premium drinks and certain cocktails may be available for an extra charge, so it is best to check the current selection upon arrival.

Guests use a dedicated area on Rai beach, about 900 m from the hotel. The beach is sandy and located on the clean coastline of Albena resort, awarded the Blue Flag eco-label. The beach can be reached by a free electric bus running from 08:30 to 17:30. For guests with a meal plan, except room-only stays, the package includes 1 umbrella and up to 2 sun loungers per room in the area starting from the third row; front rows and mattresses are available for an additional fee.

Rooms include a balcony, air conditioning, safe, minibar, LED TV with digital channels, bathroom with shower cabin and hairdryer, card access system and the possibility of adding a baby cot. Villas additionally feature a kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave and kettle.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the hotel and on the beach, while spa treatments can be enjoyed at the spa centers of Albena resort.

Within a radius of up to 5 km, guests can find Aquamania Aquapark next to the hotel, mini-golf about 150 m away, the resort shopping area about 500 m away, Albena Beach about 900 m away, the beach library and the seaside promenade. It is also worth visiting the Baltata Nature Reserve, located near the resort and known for its dense greenery, river valley and peaceful nature walks.
